VMG provides strategic learning consulting services to business and learning leaders. After early success with their learning consultancy, OclassenHathaway, Oclassen and Hathaway have brought on additional partners and re-branded their business to form VMG. “After years on both the buy-side and sell-side of the learning industry, John and I decided to build the strategic services, offerings, and engagement models that we found critical to running a successful enterprise learning business.
